Lauren Hilliard, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Meet Lauren Hilliard, a highly qualified and dedicated professional with an impressive background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In 2011, Lauren earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Driven by a passion for understanding human behavior, she furthered her education and expertise by obtaining a master’s degree in special education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas Tech University in 2019.

With a decade of experience in the field of ABA, Lauren has had the privilege of working with individuals ranging from 2 to 26 years of age, each with unique abilities and challenges. Lauren’s diverse experience spans various
settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and community environments, allowing her to adapt interventions to suit individual needs and settings.
Lauren strives to embrace the uniqueness of every family dynamic and eagerly anticipates collaborating to design a tailored plan that suits your family perfectly.

Ryan Hilliard, MBA.HM, BSN, RN

Ryan Hilliard is a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and nursing leadership. Ryan’s journey began as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) while simultaneously completing nursing school at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. During this time, a profound passion for ABA and a strong connection with children on the autism spectrum blossomed.

As Ryan’s career progressed, he transitioned into nursing leadership, yet his dedication to ABA remained unwavering. Recognizing the need for ABA services in the central Texas area, Ryan and his wife took a bold step and founded Patterns of Behavior in 2023, with a mission to deliver high-quality care to children and families in the region.

Committed to continuous growth and professional development, Ryan is currently completing a master’s degree in healthcare management. With this additional expertise, he aspires to enhance the experience for both employees and children, ensuring a seamless and supportive environment for all.
